Barker College is an Anglican Day and Boarding School situated in Hornsby, approximately 25km north of Sydney.

Applications for the Apprentice Chef position should be address to the Bursar.

APPRENTICE CHEF - 1st Year (Full Time)

Essential Requirements:
Barker College is seeking to appoint a 1st Year Apprentice Chef to commence in the position during January 2010. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to work with a highly skilled Chef.
 
This is a hands-on role. It is important to have good communication skills, together with pride in providing excellent service. It is a broad role and requires someone with a dynamic and positive attitude who would be able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
 
Completion of the Year 10 School Certificate is a requirement. Training will be provided in accordance with the NSW TAFE attendance for the relevant course. The successful applicant will need to commit to a 4 year contract with the School.
